This project calls for a landmark on the Persian Gulf. The concept is based onthe form of a whale. It consists of a wide deck on sea level the sculpturedstructure. The construction provides a hall and a second deck as an observatory.The interior space is considered for exhibition galleries, restaurants andworkshops.
