This project calls for a landmark on the Persian Gulf. The concept is based on
the form of a whale. It consists of a wide deck on sea level the sculptured
structure. The construction provides a hall and a second deck as an observatory.
The interior space is considered for exhibition galleries, restaurants and
workshops.
